Traveled and worked in over fifteen countries world-wide, primarily in all Central Africa and the Middle East, and has been involved in advocacy, political matters, lobbying and has all the proper documents/registration, knowledge, and work experience to engage and provide these types of services.  He has served for over twenty-five years, aiding several national and international governments, agencies, and organizations.
